Here’s What I do

Product Management

I help in defining Strategy, Roadmap, prioritize deliveries and features of the product. Being the voice of the customer I pride in providing leadership by rallying the organization towards the common goal and deliver strong business impact.

User Research

I am a Design thinker. I help in gathering deep insights and translate them into user needs and motivations. I look at usability research, and work closely with data. I analyze metrics, and talk to existing customers and build empathy.

UX Design

I define requirements, create Wireframes, User stories, Scenario Map, Sitemaps, User flows. I strive to deliver UX designs that are easy to use, leverage UX best practices, and jibe with the predominant UX patterns present in the product.

Refine

By iterating continuously and leveraging usability insights, and always listening to the voice of the customer, I strive to make sure that customers achieve their needs through the product which thereby results in business meeting its targets.

Build

I understand the ‘what’, ‘why’ and ‘when’ features need to be built, I do understand identifying the ‘how’, should rest in the hands of the tech team. Therefore I work closely with tech team, building a strong bond leading to quicker assessments of timelines.

Product Strategy

I consistently build towards a coherent roadmap that enables a company to achieve its overall strategy. I instill that same sense of ownership in the team, rallying and helping the team understand what outcomes they are responsible for delivering.

Product Delivery

I define specifications, identify, prioritize, and resolve functional, and business quality issues. I connect the product vision to company strategy so that the product helps the company achieve its goals as the vision comes into being.

Learn

I work iteratively and learn more every day and adapt based on that learning to deliver the best product. I translate reporting into actionable learnings, and then use those learnings to guide iterative product development.
